Nehir Birke Erten

I am a research assistant at the University of Helsinki, where I investigate the mechanisms of action of novel insulin sensitizers for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Outside of the lab, I love acrylic painting and staying active with resistance training. To unwind, I love to relax with some yoga and a traditional Finnish sauna.
